Returns

At Cuero Artisan, we take pride in the quality of our leather belts and wallets. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
  • Personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the damage or defect

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund where appropriate.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style (subject to availability).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty.
  • The wrong item was sent.
  • The product arrived damaged.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer.
